🟢  Utilizing Debt 1.30 for Participation in Corporate Shares – Community Opportunity

We are pleased to confirm that participation in corporate shares is now available under revised conditions reviewed by our legal team. This condition is essential to ensure that the new corporate position is not built exclusively on debt. After extensive legal and procedural verification regarding the source of the debt, we can now proceed with offering shares to the community, within certain limitations.

New Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum participation deposit: $450
• Maximum participation deposit: $1,000

 

Participation Examples:

1. Example 1: If you have a balance of $500 in 1.35, you can participate by depositing a minimum of $450, bringing your total credit to $950. This full amount will be credited to the bot immediately as a deposit.
2. Example 2: If you have a balance of $300, you are not eligible for participation. You may request a transfer to Account 2.0 starting from February 10th (see details here: AIBET Expansion to Europe) or wait for the direct credit to your personal wallet, as per the standard procedure.
3. Example 3: If you have a balance of $2,000 in 1.35, you can participate by depositing a maximum of $1,000, bringing your total credit to $3,000. This full amount will be credited to the bot immediately after the deposit.

The choice of the amount to use as a new deposit is personal, the formula is the same: “old balance” + “new deposit” = “new balance in 2.0” (+ % shares)

The percentage of shares held will be communicated in March, therefore the possibility of participating remains valid until the end of February.

 

How to Participate in Corporate Shares

To become a shareholder in the new corporate structure, please follow these steps:

   • Maximum deposit: $1,000

   Acknowledgment: “Yes, I accept the following preliminary conditions”

Legal and Executive Corporate Terms

Participants acknowledge that deposits contribute primarily to business development. By making a deposit, you consent to the distribution of shares upon the official establishment of the company, understanding that a business trip to Malta may be required. Additionally, you agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Government-issued ID (front and back).
• Self-declaration stating that the funds are fiscally declared in your country of residence.

This participation opportunity is immediately active for all wallet holders listed in the Debt Report (View Debt Report), except for wallet holders in rows 4 to 14. These users should contact Telegram support to define a custom solution.

• Balance transfer is only available to users willing to make partecipate in corporate shares
• Users who only wish to transfer their balance to Account 2.0 or their personal wallet must follow the previously communicated instructions

 

🟢 Balance Transfer Promo (1.35 to 2.0)

From February 10th until funds are exhausted, users can transfer balances from the old bot to the new one:

• Up to $500 per wallet can be transferred.
• This promo is valid even for those who participated in the last round.
• First come, first served.

We’re committed to liquidating our balance responsibly and transparently. Currently, we have less than $150,000 of balance left to clear. With our growing user base and increasing game volumes, we’re confident that all balances will be liquidated through direct payments or transfers by April-May 2025 at the latest.

Once this milestone is achieved, AIBET Bot 2.0 will officially enter a cashflow positive status, paving the way for even greater expansion and opportunities.

 

AIBET BOT 2.0 Membership Update

Thanks to the incredible collaboration and growth of our community, we’re happy to announce that membership for AIBET Bot 2.0 will remain inactive at least until April 30st, 2025.

If we decide to activate a membership system, we’ll notify the community at least one month in advance.
